One of Tbilisi's oldest streets reopens after facelift

TBILISI, DFWatch–The pedestrian zone of Aghmashenebeli Avenue in Tbilisi opened on Sunday after several months of renovation work.

The facelift of one of the oldest streets in the Georgian capital was financed by the local government and Tbilisi Development Foundation.

42 people died in the workplace in Georgia last year

TBILISI, DFWatch–42 people died at work in 2015, while 82 people were injured, the public defender informed on May 1, the International Worker’s Day.

According to his statement, in 108 cases, a criminal investigation was launched, but it was halted in 42 of the cases.
