TBILISI, August 28 – Authorities in Georgia say the body of a young man has been recovered from the Black Sea near the coastal town Kobuleti.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed that an investigation has been opened under an article of the criminal code that refers to incitement to suicide.
