TBILISI, July 24 – A construction worker has died after falling from a building site in Tbilisi, Interpressnews reported Friday.
The accident happened at a construction site on Aleksandre Chavchavadze Street in the Georgian capital.
According to the news agency, the victim was a man under the age of 40. He died after falling from the site.
Georgia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs told Interpressnews that an investigation has been launched under a section of the criminal code which concerns violations of safety rules during construction work.
