Saakashvili party banner raised above presidential residence

TBILISI, DFWatch–The Georgian president’s administration Saturday raised the National Movement party banner atop the presidential palace in Tbilisi.

The flag has four hearts and a cross, instead of five crosses, as is on the Georgian national flag.
