TBILISI, DFWatch – The former Soviet republic of Georgia has simplified the definition of what an act of terrorism is.
Previously, an act of terrorism was defined in the Criminal Code as causing explosion, fire, or use of weapon, in a way that is a danger to human life,

TBILISI, DFWatch – Georgia’s president, Mikheil Saakashvili, said Tuesday night that Georgia will lift visa requirements for all Russians.
Saakashvili was holding his annual speech to parliament about the state of the nation.
