TBILISI, DFWatch–A military helicopter was seen Friday flying over the village Dvani, where Russian soldiers are reinforcing the de facto border with barbed wire blocks and fences.
The allegedly Russian military helicopter was filmed on video. The Ministry of Interior does not confirm the violation of air space.
Locals claim that the helicopter was flying to the Russian-controlled side of South Ossetia.
They also say that the Russians did not continue their work there on Friday, but were seen bringing building material.
