TBILISI, October 8 – The road between Vaziani and Telavi via Gombori has been reopened,, the Roads Department said Thursday morning.
All types of vehicles are again allowed to drive along this the nationally important highway in eastern Georgia, after a rockfall in the night bewteen October 6 and 7 caused a temporary closure.
The department said vehicles must pass through the affected section without stopping.
