
TBILISI, March 14 – Georgian police are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found inside a car outside of Tbilisi on Friday, according to Interpressnews.
The news agency reported that the body was discovered in a vehicle in the village Tabakhmela, about 10km south of the Georgian capital, and that the dead woman was believed to be a teacher. According to the reports, she had a gunshot wound.
Investigative actions were underway at the scene Friday afternoon.
Georgia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs told Interpressnews that the case is being investigated under Article 115 of the Criminal Code. That article covers driving a person to suicide.
