TBILISI, DFWatch–A ten-day strike among port workers has ended in Poti, in western Georgia. More than 600 workers demanded a 14 percent pay rise.

TBILISI, DFWatch–Unloading of containers and some other operations have been halted in the port in Poti due to a strike among workers.
Most other types of operations are not affected by the strike, according to the company that runs the port.
The strike began

The workers gave their bosses ten days to comply with their demand, otherwise they threatened to completely paralyze the functioning of the port.
