TBILISI, DFWatch–The amount of direct foreign investments in Georgia in the second quarter of 2014 was USD 151 million; significantly lower than in the same period last year.
This is down 27% compared to in the second quarter of 2013, when there was USD 208 million
TBILISI, DFWatch–Direct foreign investment in Georgia in the first quarter of 2014 was USD 260 million, according to preliminary data from National Statistics Office, Geostat.
The preliminary data published on Tuesday show that the amount of investments in the
TBILISI, DFWatch–Georgia received USD 914 million in direct foreign investments in in 2013. This is 0.3 percent more than in 2012, according to preliminary figures from Georgian National Statistics Department, GeoStat.
