TBILISI, DFWatch–Unknown assailants brutally beat a former interior ministry official in Tbilisi Monday morning.
The two masked men assaulted Gela Khvedelidze, a former deputy interior minister, close to his home in the center of Tbilisi, as he was leaving his flat.
