TBILISI, DFWatch–A police employee was Sunday detained in Batumi, a city on Georgia’s Black Sea coast, accused of receiving a bribe two days prior.
According to the Interior Ministry’s press department, the general inspection detained an employee of the patrol police for exceeding official powers.
No more details are known about the case.
