parliament_voteTbilisi, DFWatch – Ruling Georgian Dream coalition will not initiate motion to overturn presidential veto on the recently adopted law that significantly restricts power of Constitutional Court, Zviad Dzidziguri, Vice Speaker of the parliament, said on Wednesday.

He said that prior of vetoing the bill, prime minister and members of ruling coalition had consultations with president where they managed to achieve consensus. Thus, there is no need to initiate a new ballot in order to override the veto.
