TBILISI, DFWatch–Georgia’s foreign trade turnover in January-July 2014 was USD 6,480 million. This is 14 percent more than in same period last year.
Preliminary data published by the Statistics Department on Monday show that import in the first seven months of this year was USD 1,665 million – 13 percent more than in 2013.
USD 4,815 million was import – 15 percent more. The negative trade balance was USD 3,150 million, 49 percent of the entire trade turnover.
