TBILISI, DFWatch–Georgian wine will be served during the summit of the EU’s Eastern Partnership in Vilnius November 28-29, the Foreign Affairs Ministry confirms.
The event will be held at the exhibition hall Litexpo in Vilnius and will be attended by representatives of EU member countries and high ranking governments officials from countries that are part of the Eastern Partnership.
More than a hundred bottles of Georgian wine and Chacha has been sent to Vilnius in preparation for the conference, and the bottles will have a specially prepared label which says: “Georgia welcomes the Lithuanian EU presidency 2013.”
Litexpo will have a Georgian corner which will offer information about Georgia and Georgian wine, as well as flyers and souvenirs about the country.
The day before the summit opens, there will be held a parliamentary forum in Vilnius where Georgian wine will also be served during the dinner.
