TBILISI, DFWatch – Today at 17:00 the Georgian president Mikheil Saakashvili will meet representatives of the parliamentary majority at his residence in Tbilisi’s Avlabari district.

Items on the agenda will be Georgia’s domestic and foreign policy. Majority representatives say this is an important period of time, as the president has recently visited Washington and had a meeting with Barack Obama. It is also the opening of parliament’s spring session.

Such meetings between the president and representatives of his party are held regularly.
