TBILISI, DFWatch–Georgian President and Prime Minister expressed their condolences to the families of victims of a deadly plane crash in Rostov, Russia.
“I express my deepest sympathy to the victims of Flydubai passenger plane crash in Rostov, where dozens of people were killed. In the name of the Georgian people I express my condolences and solidarity with the families of those killed in this very difficult moment,” President Giorgi Margvelashvili posted a statement on his official Facebook page.
“I deplore the air crash occurred in Russia’s Rostov-on-Don. I express my condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims. My sympathy goes with the Russian people and I wish them strength in times of adversity,” PM Giorgi Kvirikashvili stated via Facebook as well.
Flydubai passenger plane crashed on Saturday early morning while it was attempting to land at Rostov-on-Don Airport in Russia, killing all of the 55 passengers and six crewmembers on board.
