TBILISI, DFWatch–The de facto government of the breakaway republic South Ossetia Tuesday evening released Lasha Glurjidze, 21, after nine days in detention.
Glurjidze was released after paying a 2,000 Ruble (USD 26) fine for ‘crossing the border’
