TBILISI, DFWatch–A road in the Mtskheta region close to the capital is closed for all traffic after an avalanche. Also part of a road in Gudauri-Kobi in northern Georgia is blocked by masses of snow.

The Road Department on Friday said clearance work is in progress. All other roads in the country are open for traffic.
