TBILISI, DFWatch–Georgia’s on Tuesday lost 0-1 to Serbia in the European under-19 football championship in Lithuania.

This is the first time Georgia has qualified and the team is now in third place in group B with one point after a 0-0 match against France. Serbia remains on top of group B with 6 points, followed by France with 4. Turkey is in fourth place with 0 points.

Turkey lost 1-2 against France on Tuesday. July 26 Georgia will meet Turkey.

First half of Tuesday’s match with Serbia ended without any goals. Serbia then scored in the 74th minute in the second half.

2013 UEFA U19 championship lasts until August 1.
